Shipping Policy:
All purchases are in insured and mailed using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. All purchases are shipped within 2 days of the order, and usually the day of the order. All orders are insured and shipped with delivery confirmation/tracking.

Returns Policy:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. The original method of payment will be refunded for items returned within 10 days from the date of delivery with original receipt. After 10 days, a merchandise credit will be given up to 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery. Before returning an item, email inquiry@jypsea.com with "Returns" in the subject line. Made of rich mocha brown suede, this tote bag is like nothing else on the streets. Trimmed in metallic gold, patent leather lipstick red, and metallic teal kidskins, it is wearable art. Inspired by the falcon motif of ancient Egypt and re-purposed from a vintage suede coat, it is where style meets substance.
The vintage cotton lining is faced with brown suede and has an interior patch pocket and two magnetic snap closures.
