Shipping Policy:
Hansel Productions ships all packages via Singpost Worldwide Courier or Singpost International Airmail. All packages will be registered, and we will notify each customer of the tracking number when the package is sent.
All packages are shipped uninsured unless insurance is requested by the customer. Insurance charges are borne solely by the customer. Hansel Productions' liability ends upon shipment of the item and the acceptance of the package and a receipt from Singpost.
Duties & Taxes
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Returns Policy:
Returns will be accepted for any item purchased within 14 days of its delivery date. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
The customer will bear all shipping costs to return the item to Hansel Productions.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all Hansel Productions garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will NOT be accepted, and each garment will be individually inspected before a return is accepted. The decision to accept the return lies solely with Hansel Productions.
All correctly returned products will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account or will count towards credit with Hansel Productions' online store only, and exclude shipping costs, duties and taxes if incurred.
