Shipping Policy:
Please note that orders received Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within one to two business days. Erika Hendrix is not responsible for lost or damaged items when shipped without insurance!
Shipping will take (excluding Holidays):
1-3 days Germany
10-14 days Rest of the world

Returns Policy:
I want you or your gift recipient to be thrilled with your Erika Hendrix purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will arrange to exchange your purchase.
• Within 3 days of receipt of your order, I will gladly exchange your purchase for a store credit. I DO NOT accept returns for refund!
• The shipping and handling charge is non refundable.
• Please also note that some items labeled “Not Returnable”, items on sale or custom orders cannot be returned for exchange at Erika Hendrix.
Erika Hendrix is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.
