Shipping Policy:
Shipping is easy with Beverly Lane. We ship all packages via UPS or FedEx to ensure timely delivery, great tracking ability and the best quality service.
Returns Policy:
BeverlyLane.com gladly accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but BeverlyLane.com will ship any new exchanged merchandise free of charge.
Simply send it back with the receipt from your package in its original, unworn condition free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and write on your receipt the item, color, and size that you'd like instead. After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again or returned again. If we don't have your item(s) in stock at the time we receive you item(s) back we will issue you a refund of the item(s) purchase price. (shipping is non-refundable)
