I’m a fashion designer, illustrator and artist and I never intended to design a new jewelry line – as if our world needs another necklace, right? But… as I sat on my bedroom floor with beads and chains scattered, one necklace led to another and a jewelry collection was born – AA Kinal.

I designed pieces that I crave to wear…it's for the L.A. “IT” girl – who exudes easy confidence, down to earth strength, and fearlessly living life without apologizes.

The aesthetic is glam rock fused with a downtown edge, strikingly original, daring, youthful, and edgy. The look consists of multiple strands of silver metal chains, bold faux leather straps, metal details and a kaleidoscope of semi-precious stone and glass beads.

Every piece is made by me in Los Angeles out of an array of material including: high quality metal chains, semi-precious stone beads, Swarovski crystals, glass beads, high quality faux leather, cotton cord and metal nail heads. It’s important to me to never use animal skins and as often as possible to use reclaimed metal pieces in my jewelry.
