Return Policy: We’re almost certain you’ll love any and all William Rast products you purchase, but please note prior to painting your life in denim the William Rast return policy. Here goes the fine print: prior to returning any item, Buyer must contact Seller's returns department by completing the RMA form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Seller in turn shall provide Buyer written instruction on how to return product. William Rast will provide a full refund or store credit less original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 15 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Items received after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit only. No returns are accepted after 60 days from the ship date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. William Rast shall not be responsible for return shipping charges.
