Shipping Policy:
InnaNYC.com orders may be shipped out from many different warehouses across the USA. The shipping method used will depend on the weight and size of your item.
Shipping Time & Status Explanations:
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department.
We ship free to the entire USA. Additional charges may apply to AK and HI, PR, Canada, and the Caribbean.
"Free Ground" this is usually UPS, DHL & FEDEX. They will bring your package to your front door.
Ship To Address
You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically charged to all orders being shipped into the state of NY. If you decide to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, we require you to call the customer service number on the back of your credit card after placing your order and instruct your issuing bank/institution to add your shipping address as an authorized "Alternate Shipping Address" on your credit card account. This will only add an extra shipping address to your credit card file. This will not change your billing address. It only takes a few minutes and it will help shorten any delays in verifying and processing your order. Our Credit card fraud protection system will automatically verify that alternate shipping addresses are authorized. Orders that have shipping addresses that are not authorized will not be processed for shipment!
Returns Policy:
Non-defective items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange for 15 days. These items must be packed in the original carton. Refunds on non-defective items will equal the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee, minus the shipping charges that we paid for delivery to you and back to us. These "real" shipping costs are deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Any order that is changed or canceled while "In Process" is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted from your refund for orders that are canceled after shipping out to you. Please handle product packaging with care, as there may be a 30% restocking fee charged to you if the packaging or the item does not return to us comparable to the condition in which it was shipped out.
"Special order" items are non-cancelable once an order has been submitted to us.

InnaNYC.com's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, InnaNYC.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. InnaNYC.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, InnaNYC.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by InnaNYC.com.
