Shipping Policy:
Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Deliveries will be made via USPS or UPS, to any of the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In the case that an item is out of stock, you'll be notified that a change has been made to your order, and will only be billed for goods that are delivered. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Sublet Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns Policy:
Sublet Clothing hopes you will be satisfied with all the garments you receive. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, please contact subletclothing@gmail.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. Returned goods will only be accepted if unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, along with a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or reimbursement. If exchange is requested, but not available, you will receive a reimbursement. All credits to your account will take place within 7-10 business days. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
