Shipping Policy:
We will make every effort to make your shipping experience easy and enjoyable.
Starting Green ships UPS to all fifty states but does not ship internationally at this time. All deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed inside 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Our standard ground shipping cost is a flat $8.00. Order questions can be sent to orders@startinggreen.com.
Returns Policy:
Starting Green knows many sizes don’t always work out and although we don’t exchange items, we will give you a store credit. All returns must be within a 30-day period. Returned items must have original tags and be in a clean unused condition. You will receive a store credit on items that are out of stock or discontinued. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list, so we can expedite your return quickly. Unfortunately many styles may become out of stock or sold out. We will inform you by email if this should occur. We will not charge your credit card or ship your order.

Starting Green is a sustainable fashion line for babies 0-12 months. Working with local Los Angeles manufacturers and suppliers has made this story even more compelling. No sweatshop, child, or under waged laborer is involved in any of the creation of our clothes. Each shirt, dress, one peace, any article of clothing we manufacture, is made with 100% organic cotton fabric, organic cotton cloth tape, trim, twill, and natural buttons.
