Shipping Policy:
Shipping information: Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. $0-$49.99 — add $6.00. $50-$99.99 — add $10.00. $100-$199.99 — add $12.00. $200 and over — Free Standard Shipping. UK orders — add $50.00 to the standard shipping tiers shown above. Canada orders — add $50.00 to the standard shipping tiers shown above. For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 10 AM Eastern Standard Time... no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will arrive on Monday. Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
Returns Policy:
Returns are free with prepaid packing slip. Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. All returns must be sent, via a trackable and prepaid method, to our returns facility.Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. Please remember to include the order number on your return label. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return merchandise you ordered online or though our catalog to any of our stores located in the United States.
