Shipping Policy:
I currently only ship UPS Ground with insurance included. SharDann is not your average online retail store. Some items are stocked as regular inventory and ship within 1 - 2 business days. Some items found at SharDann are handmade at the time of order; therefore, those orders will take approximately 5 – 10 business days to complete and ship. To receive a more precise delivery time, please contact (info@shardann.com) us before making purchase.
Returns Policy:
We can’t see any reason why you wouldn’t love your SharDann purchase, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded the full purchase dollar amount (not including shipping). If you don’t want to return your product, you can exchange for an item of equal value of the full purchase amount (not including shipping). We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking and insurance capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages and we won’t issue a refund if your item is lost or damaged due to shipping.
