We ship all orders via UPS Ground. We try to ship the same day or next business day at the latest from the time you placed your order.
Please specify if you would like us to insure the item at an additional cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Purp7e hopes you will be satisfied with all the garments you receive. However, if you wish to return, or exchange a product for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days upon receipt. Shipping & handling charges will NOT be refunded. Returned goods will only be accepted if unwashed and unworn with all tags attached by their original means, along with a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or reimbursement. If exchange is requested, but not available, you will receive a reimbursement. All credits to your account will take place within 7-10 business days. In case of returns, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
