1. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item(s), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Please state the item description, code with picture attached.
2. All tags must be attached. All items must not have been worn, or further damaged. Items with visible wear and tear will not be accepted.
3. Mis-shipped item(s) must not be damaged and in perfect condition.
4. Item(s) must be nicely packaged. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during shipping. We would recommend registered shipping with an online tracking system.
5. All sales are final. Item(s) may be exchangeable, but not refundable.
6. Promotional and/or Complimentary item(s) are not returnable.
7. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
8. We will not incur costs of shipping for the returned items.
9. All returned items must reach us within 30 days from date of purchase.
10. Exchange may be done once only. Credit must be used within 90 days from original date of purchase.
11. OSIXNINE reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above terms are not followed.
12. OSIXNINE also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 30 days, or 14 days if you are a local patron returning to the store.
13. This return policy is only valid for online purchases with OSIXNINE only. If you do not follow this policy, we will not be able to complete the return of your item(s). immediately to ask if you would like to change to a different color/size or item of the same price. If you do not wish to choose another item, we will make a full refund.
