Your shoes could take up to 4 weeks to make, all items are shipped via UPS. You will also receive a confirmation email after you make the purchase, once the item is shipped out you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can track your new shoes.

Returns Policy:
Nike merchandise can be returned and refunded for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, products must be unworn or unwashed in order to receive a refund.
