Shipping Policy:
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on MembersOnlyStyle.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and shipping zone location. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
50 Contiguous United States
UPS Ground, (3-5 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS Express, (1-2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
P.O. Boxes
UPS Ground, (3-8 business days)
Most items may be shipped via UPS Ground Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The following items cannot be shipped via UPS Ground mail at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from MembersOnlyStyle.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling, and a 10% restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns issued as credit. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all tags paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
If a return is received after the 30-day period from invoice date it will be refused and is non-refundable.
MEMBERS ONLY accepts:
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped or marked as "Pre-Order".
Debit and Bank Check Cards may be charged immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
