Shipping Policy:
I ship all domestic and international orders via USPS. Please specify any other preferences prior to purchasing. I combine shipping! All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, however, insurance is not included. If you would like to purchase this, I will gladly change the shipping cost for you. Once items have been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that are *not* insured. Please allow up to 2 weeks to have your jewelry order made to your size specifications plus shipping time. If all of the required supplies are in stock at your time of order, jewelry may be delivered to you within 1 week. Rush Delivery is available, please contact for addition fees. Domestic Shipping is flat rate: $6.50 USD International Shipping is flat rate: $12.50 USD * Approximately ship time is 3-5 business days * Free Shipping on orders $100 or more (please email me prior to putting your order through to receive a coupon code for free shipping) Tracking Information/Confirmation will be provided with every order.

Returns Policy:
To return any product, please e-mail your request prior to shipping in order to obtain a confirmation number. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order from LoveBirds. Jewelry must be unworn and in the original packaging with a receipt of purchase and proof of payment. Earring components that pierce the ear are non-refundable due to health concerns, therefore, a portion of the cost will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns. Custom orders can not be refunded for the full amount as this item was made to your specification. If you are not satisified with your custom order, contact LoveBIRDS to discuss the alterations that can be made to your piece. Once you have your confirmation number provided by LoveBIRDS, a shipping address will be sent.
