Shipping Policy:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product, and we feel our work should be paid for. Because of this, we do not offer cash refunds.
But problems can arise. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your hat, contact us within 7 days of the UPS registered delivery date. We will advise you how to return it for adjustment or replacement at our own expense. However, if damage is caused by you (the customer) or the hat has been worn, we cannot accept it back for free repair or exchange.

The hats on our website are custom made for you. Therefore they may show small differences in color and shaping from the pictures on our website. These differences are what make our hats unique and special. There is no guarantee that the hat you receive is the exact hat that you see in the picture.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
