Shipping Policy:
1) You may choose from UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The standard shipping time for order shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Merchandise cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
3) All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
4) All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
Returns Policy:
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached. Jane Doe John Doe has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Jane Doe John Doe’s Return Policy requirements. There are no refunds on jewelry, bags and accessories, however they can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 2 weeks of delivery date. All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Returning an item: a. Please email us at contact@janedoejohndoe.com or call us (323) 655-2630 and request a return authorization number. Please provide your name, order # and reason for return in the email. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for size or would like a completely different item, please email us at contact@janedoejohndoe.com.com or call us at (323) 655-2630 and request an exchange authorization number. Please provide your name and order # in the email. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. We recommend sending items back via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. All tracking numbers of return packages should be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Jane Doe Boutique does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Jane Doe John Doe Boutique opened its doors on Dec. 10th to a star studded crowd. The boutique evolved through the vision of Jerrell Scott and Ani Lee. Scott, being true to his character from season five of Project Runway, is over the top with his designs and unlike any other designer, he oozes originality and style. Lee takes a more traditional approach with her designs and has the classic woman at heart with a modern twist. Both designers have a vintage feel to their clothing and perfectly compliment each other like yin and yang. Amongst the array of shining talent in this unsuspectingly small boutique, Scott has gathered his friends from season five of Project Runway including exclusive pieces from winner Leanne Marshall (and ladies these pieces are so exclusive they are the only ones in existence), finalist Korto Momolu (who embraces color and deliciously soft fabrics), as well as the biker rock n’ roll style of contestant Stella Barbara with her leather embellished collection Zotis. Finally, contestant Emily Brandle included her edgy youthful women’s line Smoke and Mirrors. The designer list does not stop short here, featured collections by fresh new talent include: Women's wear: Teresa Calabrese, Alice Schoenau, Daisy Gonzales, Lily Mark, and Claire Speed. Men’s wear: Rodrick Gilchrist, RAY RAY, Adam Cordell and Andrew Hanson. Accessories designers: Micha Kuechenhoff, Lena Bernard, Felicia Luque and Patricia Pretta. Each designer gives a completely different perspective than the next, so you truly get the sensation of being in a gallery with multiple artists showing.
We are mainly inspired by life and all the experiences you face through each charter and every page. Our designers pull inspiration from life, nature, family, and the need for expression.
