Items ship from Los Angeles California. We offer UPS Ground shipping for $15 and US Postal Service Priority Mail for $10 per item.
Returns Policy:
Return Policy: Sales item purchases are final. You can exchange sale items for a different size if it is available only.All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please send an email with your order number and reason for return to returns@shoppetrozillia.com. Once your email is received you will be sent a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days.Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, we will exchange for like items, or refund the credit card used for payment. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
