Returns Policy
FORM wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to the merchant directly [*see exceptions] within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied with the original sales reciept. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package. FORM is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or any other uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at FORM´s sole discretion. EXCEPTIONS We do not accept returns on sunglasses, shoes, undergarments, jewelry, or accessories. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
