Shipping Policy:
Items paid for will usually ship out of our warehouse within 24-72 hours of processed payments. Excluding holidays and weekends, in which case will be processed the following business day. Shipping is through UPS via ground unless otherwise specified by buyers at buyers expense.
Returns Policy:
We fully guarantee your satisfaction! This means we will gladly exchange an item or refund your credit card for any purchase you are not 100% satisfied with, if returned unworn, all tags attached, and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number, so don't forget to first email us at our Customer Service Email to request an RA number.
Goods will be inspected before a return or exchange. A 40% restocking fee will be charged to all items postmarked past the due date. We will not accept returns postmarked 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
