Hand-thrown porcelain vase, glazed to look just like a Robin's Egg. Glazed in a pale blue and then speckled with Barnard Clay that created brown spots. On the inside, it is glazed with a creamy satin glaze that looks just like the inside of an eggshell. Each vase is a slightly different shape as all eggs are. Fired to cone 10 (2380 degrees F).Very sturdy on the bottom, will not tip over. Displays beautifully alone or in a group of various sizes. Can be used alone or with some flowers.
