Spindle & Canister is a Los Angeles based company
established by Temitayo Abidoye with the goal of
creating classic collections suitable for a laid back
lifestyle for the modern man. To stay true to its goal by
focusing on the fabric, fit and subtle details such as hand
painted zipper pulls and treated wooden buttons. The
fabrics are pre shrunk and softened to ensure that our
pieces fit and feel the same after multiple usages by our
consumers. The line is presently sold out of a recyclable
canister at several A list boutiques.

Co2 Collection
Co2 Cashmere began in January 2005 and has been a hit ever since. Co2 offers a beautiful selection of men's and women's sweaters. You can see their sweaters on some of Hollywood's biggest stars!

Their pieces range from edgy, hip, sophisticated designs and prints to the classic and beautiful solid pieces. The selection ranges from cardigans, crew necks, and wraps for women. The men's selection is just as varied with cardigans, sweaters and v-neck sweaters. Co2 Cashmere is your sweater answer, you won't want to wear anything else!

idia'dega
Idia'Dega is elegant ethical apparel for women and men.

The Spring 2009 collection is my second, called New Americana it is inspired by Aaron Copeland's Appalachian Spring and (not get too political) Barack Obama - the idea of redefining what is All-American to embrace the beauty, hopefulness and diversity of America.

Why I began Idia'Dega as an eco-fashion line actually begins in Kenya.  Through a overseas fellowship I did my creative thesis work in Kenya studying indigenous adornment of the Swahili, Maasai and other ethnic groups in that beautiful vast country.  There I volunteered through the Rotary Foundation where I worked on famine relief project, planting trees and HIV/AIDS awareness through fashion and art.  It was in Kenya that I met organic cotton farmers and decided I must use sustainable and fair-trade fabrics.  I saw the impact of climate change, lack of water, and abject poverty, it changed my life.  I hope Idia'Dega if it cannot change the world will have a small positive impact on the planet and people.

The New Americana collection is made from organic cotton, organic linen, hemp/silk, recycled vintage sari silk from India and fair-trade batik cotton from West Africa.  I feel the collection is classic American with a nod to global inspirations - the Bamboo Wrapped Shorts mirror the lines of a sarong, the Butterfly Tuxedo Jacket - has the look of Maasai shuka,  Indian sari or wrap you would see on women in village throughout the Americas.
