I deleted my video, why does it still show up?
- This doesn't typically happen, but since we're working with a partner that helps us with our video storage sometimes there is a couple of minute lag between the time you delete the video from the system and when it actually stops appearing on the site. If you continue experiencing problems, then please send an email to Support@Shopflick.com .

When will the video be available to view?
- There are two steps that our system must go through for a Seller to properly upload a video.
- You must first upload your video to our system. During this period you will see an orange "progress bar". When the "progress bar" is full that means your video has been uploaded into our system.
- The next step is called the "transcoding" process. The uploaded information is sent to a separate server where it is compressed into a format that will play on your computer. This can take some time to complete.
- Depending on the file size and connection speed, a video can take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour to load.
What file size can I upload?

How do I create a thumbnail?
- A "thumbnail" is a reference clip pulled from your video. It will be used as the "still photo" that is the "poster" for your video. Finding a great thumbnail is critical to getting potential customers to watch the video. Remember, people tend to "judge a book by its cover," and the thumbnail is the book cover. During the final step of the Create Listing process you will have an opportunity to select from 3-5 thumbnails that have been auto-generated for you by the system. Simply click on one of the thumbnails and that thumbnail will become highlighted. You can either select from one of the system-generated thumbnails or upload your own thumbnail by browsing for an image, selecting that image and then pressing the upload button.
