How do I buy something on Shopflick?
- To buy on Shopflick, click-through to the product listing page. Select the desired item and quantity, then click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once the item is in the shopping cart, verify that the item(s) in your cart are accurate then click "Submit Order."
What is PayPal?
- PayPal is a payment service provider which facilitates the sending and receiving of payments through a secured transaction environment. As a buyer, you will pay through your PayPal account. As a seller, you will receive payments from buyers and pay fees via your PayPal account.
What if I don't want to use PayPal?
- Each seller will determine whether they will also take check payment in addition to PayPal payments. Payment options for each product will be listed in the right column in the "Shipping and Payment" section.
What do I do if I had a problem with my purchase?
- Once you have submitted your order, you have committed to purchase the product. If you have any issues paying for a product you have purchased, you should "Report a Transaction" via the Shopflick Support area.
Does Shopflick have a return policy?
- Each seller will establish its own store return policies. They are not determined by Shopflick. If a return policy is not posted, a buyer should contact the seller via Shopflick internal messaging to determine their return policy.
How can I contact a Seller?
- If you are a registered user, you may contact a Seller via Shopflick's internal messaging application.
What do I do if a Seller has not shipped?
- First, contact the Seller directly through Shopflick internal messaging. To message the seller, go to My Account → Purchases and select "Contact Seller". If you are unable to resolve the dispute, file a Dispute Resolution form

When I buy multiple products from the same seller, I'm getting charged multiple times for shipping, is that working right?
- Yes we are working on upgrading this. We will be adding shipping options so that Sellers can give shipping discounts for multiple item purchases.
I clicked the "Buy Now" button and was taken to a different site, is that supposed to happen?
- Yes we are working with Sellers where we lead the shopper to complete their transaction on the Seller's own website. This is an advantage to some Sellers as they can maintain only one purchase gateway.
